The Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center
Fauna Project

A team of seven completed this week's survey under hot and mostly sunny conditions. There are a number of brown colored stink bugs, but only one has that hue as its accepted common name. The brown stink bug is shown below, along with two other species in the same genus. The two with no common names are smaller; and note the different shapes of their "shoulders."
